Digestive System Problems, Symptoms, And Solutions

Tuesday, July 20th, 2010

The most common symptoms of digestive disorder include; regurgitation, constipation, diarrhea, trouble swallowing and even bleeding from digestive tract.

Symptoms of indigestion are most often; nausea and/or vomiting, dyspepsia and globus sensation which is the feeling of having a lump in your throat.

When it comes to bowel problems, we typically have bowel movements anywhere from 2 to 3 times a week, to 2 to 3 times a day. This all depends on the person and it is normal that it vary this widely. What is not normal is when this number experiences a dramatic change. Also any signs of blood, excess fat, oil or grease is a common sign that bowel problems may be occurring.

The reason why all of this happens?

Because our bodies are the perfect environment for digestive system problems, symptoms and now, solutions.

Many physicians will prescribe something for this but the only way to truly deal with and end the issue, is to live a healthier life style.

This not only includes physical activity and proper nutrition, but also a stress free state of mind.

Apart from a inhospitable environment (unhealthy body), nervousness and stress are 2 of the leading causes for all digestive problems.

Stress does damage on our bodies and it certainly adds no value to the quality of you life.

“Stress is a code word for fear.” When you learn to let go of fear, your body will relax and become more healthy by itself.

Digestive system problems, symptoms and solutions also come down to what you put into your body. You’ve most likely heard it before but it’s worth reading again. Your body will feel like what you put into it. If you’re constantly filling up on dead meats, you’ll feel like dead meat. If you choose to nourish yourself with live fruits, vegetables, nuts and greens, then you will feel more alive.

Speaking of feeling alive, when’s the last time you brought your body to a health sweat?

If you’re not moving dynamically, your endorphins are not working and this will have a severe impact on the way you feel.

You must do what ever it takes to enjoy exercise. Because we all know that if we don’t enjoy it, we just won’t do it long term. It’s a fact that we do the things that will bring to us pleasure and we avoid anything that we feel equates to pain. And keep in mind that this is all “in this moment”.

You and I both know that working out will feel great long term, but what about right now? How do you feel about doing 40 minutes of intense exercise right now? If the feelings and thoughts that are coming up are not pleasurable for you, then you know why you haven’t been doing it even though you know it’s crucial.

The same thing goes for food. When you think about eating that meal you know isn’t good for you, but tastes so good, what are you thinking about. Well, if you go for it then we know it’s the pleasure of eating it you’re focused on.

IBS symptoms are totally dependent on what your eating. So is most abdominal pain, constipation, and diarrhea.

Treat your body like it should naturally be, and it will bless you with the same joyous sensations on a consistent basis.

Recap of Digestive System Problems, Symptoms, And Solutions

1 – Get some physical movement

You don’t need that much. 30 – 40 minutes, 3 or more times a week will suffice. Remember to find ways to love doing it and it will become easy.

2 – Relax!

Maybe some relaxing music is what you need. Maybe it’s renting some funny movies and enjoying an evening and laughing and relaxing you need.

3 – Put the right things into your body

Learn to love live foods. Realize what those fatty, greasy and sugary foods are really doing to you.

A green drink or colon cleansing powder can help with this. I don’t recommend doing just this alone but if you were to just start getting the proper nutrients into your body, not only will you feel better, but you’ll also lose weight because since your body is already getting most of what it needs, you don’t have the strong urge to fill up on something else.

Here is the number one supplement we recommend for digestive problems and symptoms.
